You keep ownership of the prompts, lyrics, and audio files you submit to OnMusic AI, to the extent you own those rights. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or enter.

You may use the songs, instrumentals, lyrics, stems, and other outputs created for you, subject to these terms of service and any product limits in place at the time of use. Because AI systems can produce similar results for different users, we do not promise that any output will be unique or available only to you.

To operate the service, you give us permission to host, process, reproduce, modify, and transmit your inputs and outputs as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure OnMusic AI. This permission ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may not use OnMusic AI to upload, create, or share content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.

You may not use the service to create illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content, or to spread malware, spam, or deceptive material. You also may not try to bypass limits, filters, security controls, payment rules, or access restrictions.

We may remove content, suspend outputs, or limit access if we believe your use violates these terms of service or creates risk for users, rights holders, or the service.

OnMusic AI may rely on third-party hosting, payment, analytics, storage, or model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or outages beyond our reasonable control.

We may change, update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every creative or commercial purpose.

OnMusic AI is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not make warranties about uptime, output quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OnMusic AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service, if any, during the period directly related to the claim.

We may update these terms of service from time to time. When we do, the updated version will apply when it is posted, unless a later date is stated.

If you continue using OnMusic AI after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms of service. If you do not agree to the revised terms, stop using the service.
